Return & Refund Policy

General Return Period

Heavy Tech Software Consultancy L.L.C offers a 7-day return policy for physical products. This period starts from the date you receive your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Be in the same condition as received

Be unused and unworn

Be in its original packaging

Be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at info@electroway.net .

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Software Products (Digital Products)

If there is a technical issue with the purchased software files, a replacement may be requested.

Since software products are open-source, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

The 7-day return policy does not apply to software products.

There is only one return condition for software products: the purchased file must not be downloaded within 72 hours after delivery.

Otherwise, since download logs are stored and may be shared with payment providers/banks when necessary, cancellation and refunds will not be possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The product is defective

The product is damaged

You received the wrong product

Heavy Tech Software Consultancy L.L.C will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized products

Sale items

Gift cards

Software and digital products

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before submitting a return request.

Exchanges

If you would like to receive a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

However, the item must meet the following conditions:

Be unused

Be in its original packaging

Be returned with proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed:

Within 10 business days

To your original payment method

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
